Refund policy

While we do not issue refunds, we are happy to accept returns for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

Return shipping is non-refundable and we are not responsible for any return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Exchangeable
All intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, accessories, sale items, and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

Store Credit
Once we receive your return please allow 2-4 business days to process. We will inspect the item(s), process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit and instructions on how to use it. Store credit cannot be applied to shipping costs, only on store merchandise.
